Leadership Lab: Talents to Strengths is a highly experiential set of two half-day retreats designed for leaders who want to explore their unique leadership strengths. In this retreat-like, community learning space, participants collaborate, share, learn, and build strengths-based action plans to address their personal leadership challenges.
CliftonStrengths Assessment is a powerful tool that enables you to appreciate your talents and leverage them as leadership strengths. The CliftonStrengths for Leaders Report is a new tool specifically designed to help you apply your strengths when leading.

Leadership Lab: Talents to Strengths is designed as two half-day (3.5 hour) retreats (Sessions I and II). Participants select one of the Session I dates shown below. Session II will be held on Thursday, February 29, 2024 for all participants. Session II is highly recommended to deepen learning but is not required.
